What is the lead time for a custom screen door?
The typical lead time is 3 to 5 business days for standard orders. During peak demand (spring-summer), the lead time may extend to 7-10 days. Contact us to find out the current lead time.
Can you repair a torn screen?
Yes, if only the mesh is damaged, we can replace the mesh while keeping the existing frame. It's the most economical solution. If the frame is also damaged, we'll assess whether it can be repaired or if a new screen needs to be made.
Do you offer pet-resistant mesh?
Yes, we offer reinforced mesh specially designed to resist cat and dog claws. This mesh is thicker and more resistant than standard mesh while maintaining good visibility and air circulation.
Do you make screens for old windows?
Absolutely. Since we make everything custom, we can create screens for any window dimension, including old or non-standard models. Bring your old screen or your window measurements.
