The portal is included at no extra cost for eligible Vosthermos clients. There are no hidden monthly software fees.

Can property owners access the portal?

For now, the portal is designed for managers and condo boards. Owner requests can be centralized by your team before being sent to Vosthermos.

How long does setup take?

Most portfolios can be structured in 2 to 5 days depending on size. Your team can start using the portal during the first week.

Is it secure?

The portal uses SSL encryption and is designed for Canadian-hosted business data workflows, with Quebec Law 25 privacy expectations in mind.

Can we export data?

Records stay centralized in the portal. If a client needs a specific export for archives or another management system, Vosthermos can help with the required format.

Which condo corporations are eligible?

Any Quebec condo corporation with 5 units or more can be considered. The portal can support small buildings and larger window portfolios.

How do technicians use it in the field?
